Peran Sikap dalam Menghubungkan Faktor Psikologis dan Infrastruktur dengan Niat Pembelian Kendaraan Listrik

Abstract

Pertumbuhan adopsi kendaraan listrik di Indonesia meningkatkan kebutuhan untuk memahami faktor yang membentuk niat pembelian konsumen, khususnya interaksi antara hambatan psikologis dan kesiapan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Technology Anxiety, Charging Station Network, dan Range Anxiety terhadap Purchase Intention, serta menguji peran mediasi Attitude pada calon konsumen kendaraan listrik di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap 250 responden melalui metode purposive sampling, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Charging Station Network berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Attitude dan Purchase Intention, sedangkan Attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention. Sebaliknya, Technology Anxiety dan Range Anxiety tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Attitude maupun Purchase Intention. Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Attitude hanya memediasi pengaruh Charging Station Network terhadap Purchase Intention, sementara efek mediasi pada hubungan Technology Anxiety dan Range Anxiety tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan infrastruktur pengisian daya dan pembentukan sikap positif memiliki peran lebih penting dalam mendorong niat pembelian kendaraan listrik dibandingkan hambatan psikologis konsumen. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan ekosistem pengisian daya yang mudah diakses sekaligus strategi yang mampu memperkuat evaluasi positif konsumen terhadap kendaraan listrik.
