Manajemen Portofolio Proyek Berkelanjutan – Sebuah Desain Pendekatan Penelitian Sains

Latar belakang: penelitian ini mengikuti pendekatan Riset Ilmu Desain (Design Science Research/DSR) untuk membahas integrasi keberlanjutan ke dalam Manajemen Portofolio Proyek (Project Portfolio Management/PPM). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan utama dalam manajemen proyek berkelanjutan dan bagaimana metodologi DSR memandu desain, pengembangan, dan evaluasi berulang dari sebuah artefak yang mengintegrasikan keberlanjutan dalam konteks PPM. Metode: kerangka kerja Manajemen Portofolio Proyek Berkelanjutan (Sustainable Project Portfolio Management/SPPM) yang diusulkan dibangun berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan Triple Bottom Line (TBL), menggabungkan Penilaian Materialitas Proyek dan alat pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk memastikan bahwa ketiga dimensi keberlanjutan (ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan) sepenuhnya tertanam dalam proses pemilihan dan manajemen proyek. Penelitian ini menyajikan desain dan pengembangan artefak, diikuti oleh evaluasi yang ketat untuk menilai efektivitas dalam mencapai hasil proyek yang didorong oleh keberlanjutan. Hasil: temuan menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan keberlanjutan dalam PPM melalui kerangka kerja SPPM memberikan keselarasan strategis, pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik, dan kepatuhan yang lebih besar terhadap tujuan keberlanjutan. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini, bersama dengan keterbatasan yang diidentifikasi, peletakan dasar untuk penyempurnaan lebih lanjut dari artefak SPPM. Kesimpulan: penelitian ini menguraikan kontribusi artefak SPPM terhadap praktik manajemen proyek berkelanjutan.
