Abstract

Kinerja UKM di Indonesia telah banyak diteliti pada penelitian sebelumnya. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ide untuk menghitung kinerja UKM. Sebanyak 100 responden untuk uji coba pelaku UKM di Medan, Indonesia. Metode validasi bertujuan untuk memvalidasi parameter yang menghitung masing-masing konstruksi dengan menentukan secara statistik bahwa sampelnya memadai, menggunakan Uji KMO dan Uji Barlett untuk memastikan efektivitas data untuk analisis statistik multivariat, memvalidasi persyaratan perhitungan yang berlaku untuk kinerja UKM. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut valid dan dapat diandalkan desainnya.
