Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh iklan layanan masyarakat terhadap perhatian, penjabaran dan penyaringan informasi serta sikap terhadap pencegahan penggunaan dan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kota Tanjungpinang. Responden terdiri dari 305 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode snowball sampling dengan memberikan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software smart PLS 3.0. Pemanfaatan iklan layanan masyarakat memudahkan masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi dan pengetahuan tentang bahaya narkoba. Masyarakat merasa terbantu dengan adanya iklan layanan masyarakat yang praktis dan mudah dipahami.
