Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar Dan Kepuasan Hidup Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Yang Bekerja

Abstract
Latar belakang: Mahasiswa yang sudah bekerja mempunyai tantangan tersendiri dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademiknya. Kesulitan mengatur waktu akan menyulitkan siswa dalam meningkatkan prestasinya. Mahasiwa yang memiliki motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup yang tinggi lebih mudah untuk memperoleh prestasi akademik.
Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa kerja Universitas YPPI Rembang.
Metode: Sampling jenuh digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini. Ada 60 mahasiswa bekerja yang dipilih sebagai responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SMARTPLS 4.0.
Hasil: Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi akademik siswa yang bekerja. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa yang bekerja maka akan semakin mudah memperoleh prestasi akademik. Sebaliknya, apabila mahasiwa memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah maka mahasiswa sulit untuk memperoleh prestasi akademik. Selain itu, kepuasan hidup yang dirasakan mahasiswa bekerja terbukti mampu meningkatkan prestasi akademik secara positif dan signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa apabila mahasiwa merasakan kepuasan hidup maka mahasiswa akan mendorong terciptanya prestasi akademik. Sebaliknya apabila mahasiswa tidak memiliki kepuasan hidup maka lebih sulit memiliki prestasi akademik.
Kesimpulan: Motivasi belajar dan kepuasan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik pada mahasiswa yang bekerja.
