Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party. 

To protect the legal rights and interests of both the journal and authors, as well as to provide clarity on the copyright ownership of manuscripts, the following statement is being made:

  • The authors affirm that they have not previously submitted the material for publication elsewhere and that the submitted article has not been published before.
  • Authors must affirm that their submitted manuscript is an authentic creation, free from any infringement of rights or disclosure of confidential information.
  • They should also ensure that no disputes regarding the order of author names or the inclusion of copyrighted material from external sources will arise.
  • Whenever these items are incorporated, they must be distinctly marked with quotation marks and/or appropriately cited to acknowledge their origins.
  • Authors maintain the copyright of articles when they are published in the journal.
  • Authors assign the copyright to the journal in order to publish the paper, utilize it for indexing, and store it on the journal website for public access.
  • Every piece of writing that has been made available to the public is subject to a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).
  •  It signifies that authors retain exclusive ownership rights, including patent rights, and the ability to duplicate and distribute the content of their published works in any medium or format. Furthermore, they possess the privilege to utilize either the whole or a portion of the piece in their forthcoming endeavors (such as lectures, press releases, and textbook evaluations), as well as to remix, alter, and expand upon the content for any objective, including commercial purposes.
  • According to the Creative Commons end user license, readers are allowed to reuse parts or excerpts from the published article in their own works, as long as they give credit to the original work and its author.
